http://headsortailshome.blogspot.com/HEADS - "Chain"
Make any kind of post using any form of the word "Chain"
There are so many ways I could use chain there is a chain of friends, a chain of issues, a chain of letters and a chain of blogs that I seem to have accumulated. I am a little brain drained right now and not sure where to start with this one.
I think since I have been writing so many letters lately I will go with a chain of letters. Last week alone I wrote 11 letters and I am not talking about one-page ditties either. I like to write nice long missives. The art of letter writing is important to me and I think if you are going to send a letter, you should put some effort time and thought into it. Recently I have been reading a wonderful book called the Missive Maven and she gets and sends some beautiful letters the mail itself is art. While I have not yet found the time to make, my own envelopes and art in that fashion I think that letters can be artful too.
So I have a chain of letter writing going on. With my pen pals of course but also in the way, I have been setting up how I write. I get a letter in I open it with my trusty letter opener read it and than put it in line. I have a first in first out strategy so I do not start playing favorites.
That being said I would not trade my letter writing for anything. And I am giving some serious consideration to flipping this blog into a more letter writing style blog now that doesn’t mean I will give up my Meme’s totally but I love the layout of the Missive Mavens blog and I think I will also post an open invite to getting letters and mail art.
Stay tuned…and see how my chain continues to grow.

I've watched this evolve over the last several HoT posts you've done and I honestly think changing your blog into that format is the next step for you. :)
I'm always impressed by those who write fine letters. It's a skill I admire, but don't possess. I'll look forward to seeing how your blog progresses.

Great letter writing that holds the reader's complete attention is definitely a skill and art!
