What do you do when people flip out on you for no reason?

Usually I let them speak there mind and when things calm down then I will ask them to explain why they did that.
it depends on who is that "people":)
also it depends on my mood.. if there's tension built up.. then i might flip back at them.. if there's all goooooood.. then i just let em finish and then ask what was that?
then again if they're strangers i guess i let 'em talk... unless they caught me in a bad mood and then i fire right back at 'em!
Happy Friday and here's my Aloha
I'm not sure-it depends on who it is I guess. I'd usually look at them like their an idiot and ask why they did that! I don't like outbursts of anger and I don't cater to it.
It really depends on the situation and the people. And my mood. I try to just walk away but that does not always work. If that does not work I try to let them have their little fit and then walk away. But sometimes I might just yell back. And the who it is probably plays a big part in that. I mean if it is Hubby I am more likely to yell back (if we are having an unpleasant discussion) or be understanding if I know he has ahd a rough day. If it i a stranger I am going to be more on guard.
As a teacher, I had this happen often with parents. After a while you learn to tune parts out and try to help them vent and work out what is going on. Typically just letting someone calm down helps.
I do not recall that happening, but I suppose it must have, which means I paid little attention to it.
I zone out and leave when I get the chance.
Here's my Aloha Friday link for you
Not flip out back but certainly chose my words very carefully. Maybe call them out on their bad mood.
Depends on the situation.
I usually just walk away. I don't want to say something that I will regret.
