Aloha Friday #16


In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that to take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too.Come and join me in Aloha Friday! Getting back into my Aloha Friday routine. I will ask everyone today, how do you get back into a routine once your off it?


For me its a case of backtracking and just trying to get back into the mind set you need. It can be frusterating when your really behind in a task or something. But if you focus and set your mind to it you can get back to doing the right things. Yay!

It is awful difficult to get back. I guess really I just start a new routine.

Need to work on this myself. Have let several things in life slide thanks to illness in the house over the lat 5-6 weeks. The best thing is just to jump back in.

Ha! Routine? What is that? We don't have a very strict one, so it is easy to get back on track when you don't have one :)

I just try to restart and get back into the routine again -- it can be so hard to do though!

This is a hard one for me as well...what I do is set a day...for example on Monday and then I give myself a few days to mentally prepare and then when Monday gets there I am ready to start again.
